Tinubu’s Visit to Imo: APC South East Chair Applauds Uzodimma’s Visionary Projects

The APC South East Zonal Chairman, Dr. Ijeoma Arodiogbu, has praised Governor Hope Uzodimma for what he described as “visionary and people-centered leadership” ahead of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s scheduled visit to Imo State on Tuesday, September 30, 2025.

In a statement issued on Monday and made available to the media,  Dr. Arodiogbu said the commissioning of legacy projects by President Tinubu represents a powerful testament to the synergy between the Federal Government and the Imo State Government. “Governor Uzodimma has continued to champion infrastructural renewal, economic transformation, and inclusive governance in line with the Renewed Hope Agenda,” he noted.

According to him, the projects to be commissioned—including critical road infrastructure, healthcare facilities, education investments, and youth empowerment programmes—are tangible proof of Governor Uzodimma’s determination to deliver the dividends of democracy. He stressed that these achievements not only reflect the APC’s progressive ideals but also align squarely with President Tinubu’s vision for national development.

“In a statement signed by Dr. Arodiogbu, he reaffirmed that the South East remains a vital part of President Tinubu’s developmental blueprint, noting that the region’s growing alignment with the Renewed Hope Agenda is a sign of greater unity and progress,” the release said.

Dr. Arodiogbu expressed confidence that the President’s visit will further cement collaboration between the Federal Government, Imo State, and APC stakeholders. “This is more than just a commissioning exercise—it is a celebration of leadership, unity, and renewed progress for the South East and Nigeria at large,” he remarked.

He also urged APC officials, party faithful, and stakeholders across the South East to turn out in large numbers to welcome the President, reaffirm their solidarity, and demonstrate commitment to the BAT 2027 Agenda.
