Dear Good people of Nafada, Assalamualaikum,
The Hausa adage say, “Halin abokin tafiya yana tasiri ga tafiya" Meaning: "The character of your companion influences the journey.” Indeed, everyone takes pride in their hometown, and we the people of Nafada will not allow ourselves to be left behind.
People of Nafada, especially those of Nafada North, the time has come for us to rise and choose the person who truly deserves to represent us with honesty, sincerity, and trust. After all, a gazelle cannot run while its young ones are left crawling behind.
We know the great contributions of Alhaji Hamidu Yagede (Sarkin Gabas of Gombe), from the 1970s until today. From his struggle for the creation of Nafada Local Government, to supporting education, creating job opportunities, empowering youths with capital, and improving the lives of the people as a whole.
Now is the time for us to continue this proud legacy.
Hon. Ahmed Hamidu Yagede, one of his sons, is a man of integrity, vision, and commitment to the people. He has inherited the values of kindness and public service, and he has already shown that he is following in his father’s footsteps in bringing progress and development.
He is the right choice who In Sha Allah will:
- Improve education and support the youth
Create employment opportunities.
- Bring development and better living conditions
- Protect the interests of the people of Nafada
Now is the time. Let us come out and support our son, and ensure that the voice of Nafada gets quality representation.
Let us not allow this opportunity to pass us by.
