Engr. Shamsudeen Bala Mohammed Honored for Outstanding Contributions to Youth Empowerment

The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) has honored Engr. Shamsudeen Bala Mohammed with an Award of Excellence in Youth Development, recognizing his unwavering commitment to the progress and empowerment of Nigerian youth. The prestigious award was received on his behalf by Adamu Dauda Yashi at a special ceremony in Bauchi.

The event, attended by notable figures in education, youth development, and various sectors, celebrated Engr. Mohammed’s impactful initiatives in education, skills development, and career advancement. His dedication to fostering opportunities for young Nigerians has left a lasting mark on the nation's youth.
Although unable to attend in person, Engr. Mohammed’s representative, Adamu Dauda Yashi, expressed gratitude for the honor, stating, “This award is not just a recognition of Engr. Mohammed’s individual achievements, but also a call for all of us to come together and ensure the empowerment of the next generation. Supporting our youth is crucial, as they are the leaders of tomorrow.”

NANS, representing over 40 million students across Nigeria, highlighted the critical role of youth in nation-building and praised Engr. Mohammed as a shining example of leadership and dedication to national development through youth empowerment.

This award adds to Engr. Mohammed’s growing list of recognitions for his contributions to Nigerian society, serving as an inspiration for the younger generation.
