Gombe, Jan 29, 2025 – The Secretary to the Gombe State Government (SSG), Professor Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi, has been honored for his outstanding contributions to the development of education in the state.
The recognition was bestowed upon him by the Gombe State Students’ Association (GOSSA) National Body during its Education Summit held at Custodian Hotel, Gombe. Several other distinguished individuals were also honored for their efforts in promoting education and youth empowerment.
Representing the SSG at the event was Professor Mua'azu Shehu, Permanent Secretary/Principal Private Secretary (PPS) to His Excellency, Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya.
In his remarks, Professor Njodi expressed gratitude to GOSSA for the recognition and reaffirmed his commitment to supporting educational initiatives and student development in the state.
The summit, which brought together stakeholders in the education sector, provided a platform to discuss policies and programs aimed at enhancing learning opportunities for students in Gombe State.
