His Excellency, Senator Ademola Adeleke, the Executive Governor of Osun State presented the cheque of 12 million, 4 Hundred and 46 Thousands Naira only( #12,446,210.00) to Ede Disability Community (Ede JONAPWD) to build Ede City Untral-modern Skill Acquisition Center for PWDs
In a statement made available to Inclusive reporters by the President Ede Disability, Mr Olarewaju Oladosu "Ede Disability Community had been struggling to get support to establish this project for the past 14 years unfortunately all efforts proven abortive until the people's governor,His Excellency, Senator Ademola Adeleke came to rescue.
All the members of the association commend the Governor and pray for the success of his administration.
Inclusive Reporters further gathered that Governor Adeleke had on 21st March 2023 signed executive order directing the ministry of justice to come up with a legal framework that will protect the rights of persons with disabilities called "Protection of persons with Disabilities Bill " which shall be forwarded to the state Assembly for passage and eventually implemented by the executive.
