Kebbi State Disability Commission Partners NYCN for Capacity Building Training

Kebbi State Disability Commission has partnered with the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN,Kebbi State Chapter) to organize a one day program for persons with disabilities.

Anas Malami Gwandu, Chairman, Kebbi State Disability Commission said the program was part of the ongoing activities to commemorate the 2024 Disability Day celebration.

The training which was a huge success, as it brought together diverse stakeholders and scholars to discuss critical issues affecting persons with disabilities. Key topics ranged from empowerment strategies to the importance of inclusive policies for sustainable development.

Distinguished personalities in attendance includes the Permanent Secretary, Ministry for Special Duties, Kebbi State, and Dr. Yanzukuzo from the Federal University Birnin Kebbi, Abubakar Dallatun Kalgo, both of whom delivered insightful contributions that enriched the discussions.
