In his efforts to impact his community financially in order to reduce burden of their sufferings during this economic dilemmas, Ambassador Dr. Alh. Haruna Abdullahi (Sardaunan Akko) has contributed a huge amount of money worth 6.5 million Naira to the executives of Sardaunan Akko Foundation, their members and the needy across Akko local government and Gombe State in General.
In a statement by Bashir Sulaiman Garkuwa, Secretary of the foundation and made available to Inclusive Reporters, from the 6.5 millions donated by Sardaunan Akko, the sum of 5.5 million has been given as an Alms/charity (Zakka) and 1 million goes to the clerics and their Qur'anic reciters who have been Preaching in Kumo, Akko Local Government amidts of Sallah celebration.
He, further gave out the sum of 1 million naira yesterday to the clerics and their Qur'anic reciters for their dedication and sacrifice towards enlightening and preaching the good deeds of Islam through out the holy month of Ramadan ahead of sallah preparation.
Notably, Sardaunan Akko foundation under the chairmanship of Alh. Ali Sanata distributes 1000 bags of rice in the early month of Ramadan to the good people of Kumo which includes the Head of Districts, Head of Village, Islamic preachers, orphans, vulnerable and less privilege across the town.
