The Gombe state commissioner of Youth, Hon Abubakar Aminu, has on Saturday, 29th October, 2022 presented motor vehicles, motorcycles and money to men and women.

S.u Sulaiman and made available to Inclusivereporters.ng, The Executive Governor of Gombe State Governor Alh. Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya has described the initiatives as significant, transformative and purposeful leadership of Commissioner of Youth Abubakar Aminu towards putting Gombe State men and women on the path of sustainable socio-economic and infrastructural development.
The Gombe State Governor gave this commendation while speaking by his representative Alhaji Abubakar Inuwa Kari (Chief of staff) at the launching of distribution of vehicles, motorcycles and empowerment kits facilitated by Hon. Abubakar Aminu, Gombe state Commissioner of Youth Development .
To the facilitator of the empowerment scheme, the Governor said, giving the pedigree of Hon. Abubakar Aminu Musa in his administration, he is not perplexed by the heart rendering items on display for distribution to Gombe People’s.
He therefore used the occasion to caution Nigerians not to give heed to the antics of the oposition party even as the 2023 general elections draw to a close.
In his remarks, the chairman of the occasion and also Chairman Gombe LGA, Alhaji Aliyu Usman Haruna, described the distribution of 7 motor vehicles, 23 motorcycles and other empowerment kits by Hon. Abubakar Aminu Musa as great achievement and a testament of good representation.
He therefore commended the Commissioner for his commitment towards the welfare of his peoples.
The Chairman APC Gombe LGA expressed confidence that giving the performance of the All Progressives Congress in the State, the APC remains the party of choice and a preferred political platform for the people of the State.
Earlier speaking, the facilitator of the empowerment programme and Commissioner of Youth Development Hon. Abubakar Aminu Musa (Talban Herwagana), explained that the scheme was put together to compliment the efforts of government in uplifting the living conditions of the people, particularly within the state.
He thanked Governor Inuwa Yahaya for being an inspiration to him in his political sojourn and assured to continue to strive to deliver on his mandate through effective leadership, lawmaking and State outreach.
The State Chairman of All Progressives Congress Mr. Amangal who was represented by his Deputy Alhaji Baba Abuja and accompanied by state women leader Hajiya Lumbi Abubakar recieved some members of the oposition party who decamped to APC.
There were goodwill messages from other personalities, including others dignitaries present at the events
Special prayers was conducted by one of the ulamas Sheikh Ahmad Abulfatahy Almiskin who come from Borno State.
