The National Commission for Persons With Disabilities has announced scholarship for Persons With Disabilities who are undergraduate students of public tertiary institutions in Nigeria.
This was contained in a statement signed by the Executive Secretary of the Commission, James David Lalu.
According to the statement, applicants for the scholarship must "be an indigent Person With Disability; bonafide student of any public tertiary institution in Nigeria," among other criteria.
The scholarship application which is the first of its kind by the Commission is set to close on 30th November, 2022.
