The Seyi Tinubu Northeast Legacy Foundation has once again demonstrated its commitment to uplifting vulnerable communities in Nigeria. Yesterday evening, the foundation, under the leadership of Hon. Usman M.A, visited three orphanages in the Gombe State capital, where it donated essential food items to support the welfare of orphans and vulnerable children.
Items donated included 20 cartons of Indomie noodles, 20 packs of spaghetti, 20 cartons of Omo detergent, 20 cartons of Maggi seasoning, and 3 large bags of rice. The gesture was aimed at easing the burden on the orphanages and ensuring that the children have access to food and other necessities.
The orphanages that benefited from the support are Da’awah and Relief Foundation, Christian orphanage in Tumfure, and that of Nayi Nawa.
The visit was received with joy and appreciation by the management of the orphanages, who commended the foundation for reaching out at a critical time.
In a statement signed by the Secretary of the Foundation, Haruna Muhammad Ali (Haruna Harunfat Gombe), prayers were offered for the benefactors, asking Almighty Allah to grant them their noble desires and reward them abundantly in this world and the hereafter. The statement further reaffirmed the foundation’s commitment to sustaining humanitarian activities across the Northeast, with a focus on orphans, widows, persons with disabilities, and vulnerable families.
The Seyi Tinubu Northeast Legacy Foundation has, over the years, established itself as a platform dedicated to empowering communities, promoting education, and providing relief support to those in need. This latest outreach underscores its vision of creating lasting impact and building a legacy of compassion and service.
