Lusaka, 8th January 2025 – The Zambia Agency for Persons with Disabilities (ZAPD) marked a significant milestone today with the official opening of new offices for Inclusive Education for Sustainable Development and the Kabulonga Disability Multi-Purpose Cooperative.
Speaking at the event, ZAPD Director General, Frankson Musukwa, emphasized the symbolic importance of these facilities. "These offices represent more than just physical structures; they stand as testaments to the power of vision, perseverance, and transformative leadership," he stated.
