Set to empower 200 Vulnerables and PWDs with POS machines and start up cash

The Queen Adenike Tejuosho Foundation (QAT Foundation) in collaboration with the office of the SSA to the President on PWDs and Equal Opportunities distributes foodstuffs to persons with disabilities at disability colony @Karma Jiji Abuja, today Wednesday, March 13th,2024.
This was contained in statement shared by the CEO of the foundation which partly reads:
"We're thrilled to share that with the generous support of the QAT Foundation, we're extending our assistance to persons with disabilities in the Abuja environs. In collaboration with the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR, we're distributing Parliatives to 1000 households in Disability colonies.
According to her, the initiative is aimed to alleviate hardships and ensure equal access to essential resources.
"Together, we're making a meaningful difference. Thank you for your support and solidarity!"
Inclusive Reporters learnt that the items distributed including Shagetti,rice,bean, Irish ,maggi and salt etc .
In interview with one of the beneficiary Babangida Bala said, " I got 8 different kinds of Palliatives including cash.I am sure that lady have so much heart for disability people" We pray she will become minister of humanitarian Affairs and poverty alleviation so that many more will benefit Mr Bala added.
In a related development, the Foundation
in partnership with NET Microfinance Bank, will be empowering 200 vulnerable with POS machines and startup cash of ₦50,000 each.
This, in statement signed by the Chief Executive Officer of the same foundation seen by Inclusive Reporters,
"The empowerment according to her will includes 50 widows, 50 students, 50 men, and 50 people living with disabilities. The presentation will take place on March 25th 2024. in Sha Allah" the statement reads.
